About PCI
Founded in San Diego and named for the Pacific Crest Trail, PCI is built on the idea that learning is a long walk with steady footing, not a sprint.
We work with students on weekends and after hours, where their passions live: digital art, competition math and science, and college-entrance test prep. Our instructors work in these fields, not on the side.
Two pillars
Our flagship Saturday studio: a 16-week conservatory in digital art. Students learn rendering, color, and the full professional production pipeline, and each is invited to publish a page of their own in a real book.
Competition math, science olympiads, AP review, and the full suite of college-entrance tests, taught by instructors who have sat these exams and scored. Cohorts are small, we diagnose before we teach, and we don’t use AI shortcuts.
